The Life Insurance Help Desk was developed over several years of experience in the insurance industry, working with mail-in leads for Final Expense coverage. During that time, agents often visited clients homes unannounced and sometimes months after the client had submitted a card. Quickly having to build trust and confidence on site in order to help people with their insurance needs. These experiences highlighted the need for a better, more transparent way to provide life insurance.

This company is the result of that vision. Our goal is to redefine how life insurance is delivered. Here, you won’t mail a card to a nameless brokerage and have a stranger show up at your door. Nor do you need to call a company and navigate impersonal phone interactions without seeing the process firsthand.

With us, you schedule an appointment at your convenience with a brokerage that is visible and reviewed publicly. Once scheduled, we assign a local, state-licensed, and background-verified Life Specialist to you. You’ll receive an email with their name and direct business phone number. During your appointment, our Life Specialists guide you through your coverage needs step by step, helping you fully understand the process and the insurance product. After your policy is issued, you can continue to rely on the same level of support for any policy-related questions or updates.
