The Life Insurance Help Desk was developed over several years of experience in the insurance industry, including work with mail in leads for final expense coverage. During that time, agents often visited clients homes unannounced, sometimes months after a card had been submitted. Building trust and confidence on the spot was often necessary just to begin helping people with their insurance needs. Those experiences highlighted the need for a better and more transparent way to provide life insurance.
